Department of Biology
Indiana University of Pennsylvania:
"Who We Were"
Dave Ramsey was technically a physics professor, however he was an important contributor to the functioning of the Department of Biology for 38 years. He was the person who created any type of apparatus that was needed by any professor in the entire College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in his machine shop. Dave retired from IUP on June 10, 2005 and died August 1, 2005. He is missed greatly, but he is remembered fondly. To hear a recording of the voice message he left on his home answering machine, click on the photo above (RealAudio format). (The voice message was sent to me by his daughter Sherry and is provided here with her permission.)
